Simply Social Care is working with a confidential children's residential provider to recruit a permanent, full-time Residential Support Worker for therapeutic homes in the Bradford area.
You will work as part of an established care team, supporting young people aged 11–18 in a safe, consistent and compassionate home environment. The role involves daily routines, education, activities, care planning, risk management and accurate records, while helping young people build confidence and positive outcomes.
The role follows a three-week rolling rota and includes sleep-ins. Applicants must be aged 21 or over, have at least 12 months' relevant experience supporting children and young people, and hold a full driving licence with a vehicle available for business use. Qualified pay is £32,248.55 per year, including sleeps; unqualified pay is £31,754.55 per year, including sleeps.
The provider offers full training, including an NVQ Level 4 pathway for unqualified starters, alongside annual leave, enhanced bank-holiday pay and opportunities for additional shifts.
